Happy Mind Body and Soul was honoured to win the Health and Wellness category at the 2023 Fremantle Chamber of Business Awards — a heartfelt recognition, voted for by my clients.

I began my healing journey in my early 20s, guided by a deep connection with Angels and Crystals. Over time, this path expanded to include energy healing through Reiki, and later, Hypnotherapy and Past Life Regression Therapy.

I’m deeply passionate about supporting others in their healing. My approach is warm, personable, and grounded — I aim to ensure you always feel comfortable, safe, and deeply relaxed.

I hold a Master Reiki Level 3, along with Degrees in Reiki 1 & 2. I’ve also completed a Certificate of Healing with a focus on Ashati and Alsemia Energy Levels 1 & 2. My training includes an Advanced Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy, and I bring over 15 years of experience in Past Life Regression. In 2013, I also completed a Master’s degree in Philosophy and Theology.
