The Neighbourhood Sauna - South Terrace Details

The South Terrace Sauna is a therapeutic sanctuary, designed to nurture the individual with private infrared sauna and controlled cold therapy.

Infrared sauna and cold exposure can be used in combination, or individually to create a consistent practice that meets you where you are and supports you on your journey. 

Our Team is attuned to maximising your therapeutic experience; we are here to support and guide you, as much or as little as you wish. 

South Terrace is also home to the Bath House and a selection of Therapies, including massage, naturopathy and head spa, to complement your practice or address specific health concerns.
